摘要 基于某大型水电站溢洪道工程材料特性,采用大型有限元分析软件模拟施工过程计算了不同起浇时间下施工期及运行期溢洪道挑流鼻坎的温度场及温度应力场。计算分析表明,只要选择合理的施工方案,严格按照施工进度进行施工再加上相应的温控措施,挑流鼻坎段的温度应力能够满足设计要求。 Based on the material characteristics of a trajectory bucket of hydroelectric station spillway project, simulation procedure was adopted to calculate the temperature and thermal stress field of the spillway trajectory bucket during construction period and operating period under the different pouring time with the finite element analysis software. The results indicate that so long as the reasonable construction plan was chosen, the temperature stress of the trajectory bucket was being able to satisfy the design requirements, if construction progress was strictly according to the implementation scheme and the corresponding temperature control measures.
