鼻内窥镜手术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎30例临床分析

Clinical study of nasal endoscopic surgery on 30 cases of noninvasive fungal sinusitis

目的探讨鼻内窥镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法对30例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者施行鼻内窥镜手术。结果全部患者治愈，随访6个月至3年，未见复发。结论应用鼻内窥镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎可减轻对患者的侵袭性操作，并缩短疗程，避免或减少复发。

Objective To study the effect of nasal endoscopic surgery on the noninvasive fungal sinusitis. Methods 30 cases of noninvasive fungal sinusitis were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery. Results In the follow up of 6 -36 months, all cases were cured and no one had a recurrence. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery can decrease the damage of the operation and shorten the time of treatment, and can reduce the recurrence of this disease.
