超声显像对子宫腺肌病的诊断价值

Ultrasonographic diagnosis and misdiagnois of adenomyosis

目的探讨二维及彩色多普勒血流显像对子宫腺肌病的诊断价值。方法回顾分析68例经术后病理证实的子宫腺肌病的声像图特征。结果68例子宫腺肌病通过超声检查，准确诊断58例，9例误诊为子宫其他疾病，1例漏诊，超声诊断符合率为85％。结论超声显像是诊断子宫腺肌病的可靠方法。

Objective To explore 2 dimension and color Doppler ultrasonograhy for evaluation of patients with adenomyosis. Methods Sixty-eight patients were confirmed as adenomyosis. The,ultrasonographic features were analyzed retrospectively. Results Only 58（58/68） patients with adenomyosis were diagnosed adenomyosis ac- cordantly on ultrasonography. 9 adenomyosis patients were misdiagnosed as other uterus diseases, and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 85 %. Conclusion The ultrasonic diagnosis is regarded as safet manner for diagnosis on adenomyosis.
