针刺加TDP治疗肩关节周围炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and TDP in the Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的:探讨针刺加TDP治疗肩周炎疗效。方法:将122例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。结果:观察组的有效率94.3%,对照组的有效率76.9%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:采用针刺加TDP治疗肩周炎明显提高疗效。

Objective： To discuss the effect of acupuncture and TDP in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： 122 cases with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Results： The effective rates were 94.3% in treatment group and 76.9 % in control group. The difference had significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The combination of acupuncture and TDP can obviously improve effect in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
