摘要
目的:观察添加拉莫三嗪(LTG)治疗难治性癫痫(IE)的疗效及安全性。方法:对35例难治性癫痫患者采用开放性自身对照法添加LTG治疗。结果:总有效率达85.7%,其中完全控制12例,占34.3%;显效11例,占31.4%;有效7例,占20%。3例出现皮疹,均程度较轻,经治疗后缓解。结论:拉莫三嗪添加治疗对难治性癫痫有良好的疗效,副作用少,是一种广谱、有效、安全的新型抗癫痫药。
Objective： To assess the efficacy and safety of add--on lammrigine （LTG） in patients with intractable epilepsy. Methods; An open auto--control clinical trial with LTG was undertaken in 35 patients with intractable epilepsy. Results： The total effective rave is 85.7 %, seizure--free 34.3%, the significant efficacy rate and efficacy rate are 31.4% and 20 %. Three patients appear allergic skin rashes, which were generally mild and disappeared by the treatment. Conclusion： Add--on LTG is effective in reducing seizure frequency in patients with intractable epilepsy. Adverse reactS ons are mild. LTG is an effective safety new an- tiepileptic drug for different seizure types.
