椎体成形术在胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩性骨折中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 经皮椎体成形术(PVP)是在影像装置引导下,将骨水泥通过椎弓根途径注入压缩骨折或破坏的椎体内,目的是止痛和稳定、重建病变椎体,具有微创、并发症低等优点,还有增加椎体高度的作用。方法:本组患者20例骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者单节段的13例,双节段8例,3节段以上的4例共治疗41个椎体,进行临床和影像学评价。结果:本组患者均获得3-24个月的随访(平均10个月)。其中16例患者术后背部疼痛立即得到改善;13例患者术后当天下床活动,7例患者术后次日下床,术后X光检查椎内骨水泥分布均匀。结论:PVP具有止痛和稳定椎体,具有微创、并发症低等优点,是治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折安全有效的治疗方法。 Objective: Percutaneous vertebral plastic operation (PVP) is implant bone cement into compression fracture or destructive vertebral body through vertebral pedicle under the guidance of imaging apparatus. Its objective is to relieve pain, stabilize and rebuilt bad vertebral body. Method: In 20 cases with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, 13 cases were single segment, 8 cases were double segment and 4 cases have more than three segments with the total of 41 vertebral bodies. They were given ra-diologic evaluation. Result: All the cases were followed up for 3--24m (the average of 10m). There could be seen immediate re- lief of back pain in 16 cases, out--of--bed activities at operation day in 13 cases and out--of--bed activities at second day after op- eration in 7 cases. Postoperative X--ray showed uniformly distributed bone cement in the vertebral. Conclusion: PVP is a safe and effective method in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, which can relief pain and stabilize vertebral body with the characteristics of minimal invasion and less complications.
