DHS治疗股骨颈骨折、粗隆间骨折的临床疗效分析

Analysis on Curative Effect of DHS in the Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture and Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的:探讨DHS在治疗股骨颈骨折、股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法:用DHS治疗股骨颈骨折6例,顺粗隆间骨折5例,反粗隆间骨折4例,粗隆下骨折1例。结果:DHS治疗股骨颈骨折、股骨粗隆间骨折优良率达93.7%。结论:DHS具有结构坚固,固定牢靠,稳定性好,可早期下床活动等优点,适用于股骨颈骨折,股骨粗隆间骨折,特别是顺粗隆间骨折。股骨颈骨折、股骨粗隆间骨折多见于老年患者,股骨颈、股骨粗隆间骨折后股骨头的血液供应可遭受损害,因此,骨折后应早期复位及内固定手术,以利于使扭曲受压与痉孪的血管尽早恢复。由于粗隆部血运丰富,骨折后极少不愈合,但易发生髋内翻。我院自2002年-2006年采用DHS治疗股骨颈骨折、股骨粗隆间骨折16例,收到了满意的效果。

Objective： To probe into the clinical effect of DHS in the treatment of femoral neck fracture and intertrochanteric fracture. Methods： DHS was applied in the treatment of 6 cases of femoral neck fracture, 5 cases of anterograde intertrochanteric fracture, 4 cases of reverse intertrochanteric fracrure and 1 case of subtrochanteric fracture. Results： The excellent and good rate was 93.7%. Conclusions： DHS is allowing early ambulation with sturdy construction and good stability, which can he adopted in the treatment of femoral neck fracture and intertrochanteric fracture, especially for anterograde intertrochanteric fracture.
