皮下钢板治疗胫骨骨折术后病人的早期功能锻炼

摘要 目的:探索对40例胫骨骨折皮下钢板治疗的病人进行早期康复的功能锻炼的研究。方法:对进行胫骨骨折皮下钢板治疗的病人(40例)随机分为常规锻炼组(20例)与干预锻炼组(20例)。常规组只进行常规锻炼,干预组实施早期康复功能锻炼配合CPM机锻炼。结果:术后2周干预组的功能评分与对照组的差异有显著性意义,干预组患者术后肢体功能恢复的优良率优于常规组,有效减少了并发症。结论:对胫骨骨折皮下钢板治疗病人进行早期功能锻炼有利于术后膝关节屈曲度增加,有效减少并发症,缩短住院天数,提高了患者的生活质量。 Objective: To explore the early functional training on 40 cases with tibial fracture treated by plate osteosynthesis. Methods: 40 patients with tibial fracture treated by plate osteosynthesis were randomly divided into conventional training group (20 cases) and interventional training group (20 cases). The conventional group was only given conventional training, while interventional group was performed early rehabilitation training accompany with CPM. Results: The function scores had significant difference in the two groups after two weeks. The excellent and good rate of recovery of limb function in interventional group was superior to conventional group, and the complications were effectively reduced. Conclusions: The early functional training after the treatment of tibial fracture with plate osteosynthesis can increase the flexion degree of knee, effectively reduce the complications, shorten the hospitalization days and improve the patients' quality of life.
