康复训练与心理护理对脑卒中偏瘫病人生活质量的影响

The Influence of Rehabilitation Training and Mental Nursing on Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke

目的:探讨早期康复训练与心理护理对脑卒中偏瘫病人生活质量的影响。方法:将38例脑卒中偏瘫病人随机分为2组,即早期康复组(观察组)和常规护理组(对照组)。观察组除行神经内科常规护理外,还进行康复训练方法,由护士一对一地指导病人康复训练及心理护理。对照组仅给予神经内科常规护理。采用生活质量评定量表对病人进行护理前后评定。结果:康复训练组病人生活质量较对照组明显提高。结论:进行康复训练与心理护理能使康复护理更具有针对性、规范性,从而提高病人的生活质量。

Objective： To probe into the influence of early rehabilitation training and mental nursing on the living quality of patients witw hemiplegia after stroke. Methods： 33 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into two groups： early rehabilitation group （observation group） and conventional nursing group （control group）. The observation group was added rehabilitation training methods on the basis of conventional nursing. The patients were received one--to--one rehabilitation training and mental nursing from nurses, while the control group was only given conventional nursing of neurology department. The rating scale of living quality was used for assessment before and after nursing. Results： The living quality in rehabilitation training group was obviously higher than the control group. Conclusions： The rehabilitation training and mental nursing can improve the patients＇ living quality.
