Reflection on Ideological Education Reform of Our Talent Sports Teams

随着时代的发展,我国传统的优秀运动队思想政治教育工作因面临着动力不足的困惑而有待转型。回归"生活世界"是其走出困境的出路之一。回归"生活世界"意味着思想政治教育应从强调社会宏大主题转向对运动员个体现实生活的关照:注重更新思想政治工作理念;将价值引导与切实的现实关怀结合起来;紧扣时代主题,挖掘充满时代感、富有个体生命活力的榜样;并注重提高运动员思想政治工作者的素质。

At Present, the ideological education of our talent sports teams is confronted with lack of motivation and needs to be reformed. Returing to the ＂life world＂ is one of the means to solve the problem. It means to shift the focus of the ideological education from social grand themes to care for the personal life of the sportsmen. It is concuded that the working poilosophy of the ideological education should be renewed, value guidance and realistic care should be combined and imporvement of the ideological education should be cmphasized.
