Comparative Analysis Between the Model of Provincial and City Sports Teams and That of High Level Sports Teams in Higher-Learning Institutions

省、市体工队和高校高水平运动队两种模式是我国现阶段并存的两种竞技体育训练模式,主要采用文献资料法和比较分析法对这两种模式进行比较分析,结果表明,体工队模式在某些方面有其独特的优势。高校高水平运动队模式符合培养全面发展人才的理念和竞技体育发展的需要。针对以上结果,提出几点关于竞训模式发展的建议。

The model of provincial and city sports teams and that of high level sports teams in higher - learning institutions are two co- existing current athletic sports training models in our country. This article employs literature review and comparative analysis to research the two models. It is concluded that the former has its unique advantages in certain respects, while the latter contributes to cultivating talents with all -round development and satisfies the demand of athletic sports development. Against this backdrop, several suggestions for athletic sports development are proposed.
