跳高运动员垂直速度形成途径的力学分析——兼论中外优秀男子跳高运动员的技术差距

Kinetic Analysis of the Approach of the Vertical Speed Formation for High-Jump Players——Discussion on the Technical Gap Between Chinese Talent High-Jump Male Players and World Ones

针对对国内外男子跳高运动员起跳效果存在较大差异的情况,从运动员的助跑、摆动动作实效性以及起跳蹬伸技术的质量三个方面进行了分析,认为在起跳过程中获得较小的垂直速度而导致较小的起跳腾空高度(h2)是导致我国男子跳高运动成绩落后的根源。

Through a comparison between the take -off performance of Chinese talent male high -jump players and that of world ones in the take - off stage, this article analyzes the reason behind the difference. On this basis, this article makes a comparison between three indexes of Chinese talent male high -jump players and those of world ones and finds out the reson for the poorer performance of our male high jump players.
