摘要
作为文献信息服务链的重要环节,图书馆欲增强自身的核心竞争力,提升文献信息服务的水平,满足读者用户对优质知识信息服务的要求,必须向捷足先登的我国企业界学习,明确读者服务的文化属性和服务增值在图书馆工作中的地位与作用,积极培育服务文化,努力实现读者服务增值。
For the sake of strengthening the core competitive power and heighten level of the document information service in order to satisfy the needs of the readers for the superior quality knowledge information service, the library, as an important link of the chain for document information service, must follow the example of Chinese enterprise circles , define the cultural property of the reader service and the status and function of service increment in the library work , enthusiastically foster the service culture and actively realize the service increment.
