使用滑模控制的单相电动机新逆变驱动

New Inverting Drive of Single-phase Induction Motor using Sliding-mode Control

摘要 针对单相感应电动机,提出了新的逆变驱动策略。与采用传统的逆变驱动控制相比,由于新的逆变驱动策略采用了LC滤波,因此可使单相感应电动机的控制输入是平滑的,控制精度更高。完整的控制系统由四级级联控制环组成,其内环实现感应电动机速度调节和电流控制,而外环实现电动机驱动,由此构成了新的电流模式定向控制,以替代磁场定向控制。逆变器开关驱动由滑模控制实现。由实验结果验证了该方案的有效性。 The accuracy of the new inverting drive is rather high due to the control inputs of single-phase induction motor are perfectly smoothed,while compared with the traditional inverter drive scheme.The control system is made up of four cascaded control loops,the inner control loops for speed regulation and for currents control of induction motor,and outer control loops for motor drive.A new current mode oriented control is presented,which can be as the replacement of the field oriented control.With the new inverting drive strategy by LC filter,the control inputs of induction motor are smooth, with switching drive realized through sliding mode control.Experiments show that the scheme is effective.
