摘要
设计了数字式直流电机调节系统,它以ARM处理器芯片LPC2119作为系统的硬件核心,并在该芯片中成功移植了μC/OS-II实时操作系统。网压波动试验和软管状态变化试验结果表明,ARM和μC/OS-II的应用大大提高了直流电机系统的控制精度、稳定性和可靠性,系统调节速度变化率均小于10%。该调节系统可广泛应用于自动焊接系统的送丝与行走机构控制。
A digital DC motor speed regulator controlled by ARM and μC/OS-Ⅱ is designed.The kernel hardware in this system is the LPC2119 ARM processor in which the μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system was transplanted successfully. The experimental results show that the change rate of motor speed is under the 10%t either in the test of variable voltage or in the test of variable wire feeder tube.It improves the control accuracy,stability and reliability of the DC motor speed regulator system by ARM and μC/OS-Ⅱ, and can be applied widely to wire feed and stepped machine in arc welding field.
