摘要
采用比对的方法,对新旧版本的原油水含量测定标准在某些特定点引起的原油交接计量误差进行了阐述,对新标准的修改在计量误差和修约操作上提出看法。
By the comparative method, it is expounded that the determination standards of water content in crude oil in new and old versions cause some errors of crude oil metering transfer. Then some ideas are presented about the revision of new standards in the aspects like measuring error and revision operation.
