摘要
为了防止轿车车轮丢失,设计了一种应用于条幅式轮毂的一种可调式轿车车轮防盗装置,该装置可针对轮毂条幅数目的不同而进行调节。利用工程软件Pro/E作为设计工具,构建了轿车车轮防盗装置的结构模型并进行了干涉检查和三维运动仿真。最后制作出了实物,并在几台家用轿车上做了试验。试验结果表明,装置可以应用于轿车车轮防盗,并具有体积小、重量轻、携带方便等特点。
An adjustable anti-theft device was designed, which can be applied to the car wheels with different numbers of spoke. The structure model of anti-theft device was constructed and the dynamic interference was checked by using Pro/E. 3-D dynamic simulation of anti-theft device was also carried out in Pro/E after design. Finally, the prototype was manufactured and tested on a few cars. The test results show that this device with small volume, light weight and flexible performance can be applied into the anti-theft of car wheels.
