摘要
介绍了用有限元分析软件ANSYS9.0对带材开卷机主轴进行结构静力分析的过程。我们成功地得到了主轴的节点变形图和平均等效应力分布图。从求解结果可知,主轴的刚度、强度满足设计要求,并且主轴结构还有进一步优化的可能。
Introduces us the process of the linear static analysis of main shaft for unwinding machine with the finite element method. We do this work with the software ANSYS9.0. We can get Nodal deformed shape and von Mises stress map successfully. Then we know from the solution that this design of main shaft arrive at the demand of intensity and rigidity.
