摘要
介绍台式激光雕刻机关键部件-X轴向运动部件的创新设计与优化,通过改进X轴向传动系统来减小激光点阵间距,提高加工精度。同时利用HYPER WORKS软件的优化模块,在保证可制造性基础上,对影响精度的主要零件进行联合优化,进一步改善结构性能。
It introduces creation design and optimization method about the x-axis component which a critical component of desk laser engraving machines. It decreases laser dot matrix space and increases accuracy of manufacture by improving the x-axis transmission system structure.Considering producibility,it uses multiform optimization methods to improve main parts which influence precision by the optimization module of hyper works software.
