摘要
提出了一种通过液压装置来产生周期性激振力的新型振动沉拔桩机,介绍了其工作原理,并建立了桩机系统的动力学模型。建立了系统的有限元模型,利用有限元软件对桩机系统的沉桩过程进行了计算机仿真,并得出了相关结论。研究结果为振动沉拔桩机的设计和改进提供了参考依据。
A new type of vibration pile driver and drawer which produces cyclic driving force by hydraulic equipment is put forward. The working theory is given and the dynamics model is set up. The finite element model is established. The vibration process is simulated by computer and relative conclusions are concluded. All this research results will lay a theoretical basis for designing and improving the vibration pile driver and drawer.
