摘要
车架传给控制器的振动能极大的影响控制器的工作状态。根据控制器的参数,设计了被动隔振方案,计算出橡胶隔振器的几何参数。设计结束后进行了多自由度振动模型的验算校核,减振效果达到要求,为以后车载电子设备的减振隔振设计提供了更简单的设计思路。
The vibration from frame can greatly influence the controller's functional mode. According to controller's parameter, we designed this passive vibration isolation program, get the rubber vibration isolators' geometric parameters. We also executed a multiple-degree of freedom system check and it was approved to be feasible which provide a more simple method to design the vibration isolation program of vehicle electronic facilities.
