摘要
产品的数字化是实施逆向工程中首要而有关键的一步,数据采集的效率和质量直接影响着后续逆向工程内容的展开。介绍了COMET测量系统的组成、工作原理和应用特点,重点分析了COMET测量系统中的参考点转换、联系点匹配、自由曲面匹配等几种测量策略的原理和工作特点,同时在此基础上结合实例对COMET测量系统的测量策略进行了应用。
Digitization of object is the first and key stage in the application and its efficiency and quality have a direct effect on the downstream prodedures basic elements, working priciples and characteristics of applications about COME introduced, and mainly investigated some digitiz points, Surface Matching with Tie points and of reverse engineering, of this technology. The T digitizing system are ing strategies of this sytem, such as Transform to reference Free surface matching, etc. Finally apply them on the digitization of a toy car as an example.
