摘要
在分析传统BT(7:24锥度)实心长刀柄基础上介绍国外HSK,KM,Big-plus,Showa D-F-C等新型工具系统,分析和对比不同高速刀柄的结构特点,装卡过程及其应用场合。指出高速加工工具系统中存在主要的问题及对策,展望高速加工工具系统发展趋势和研究前景,为国内使用高速加工的企业选用高速工具系统提供理论指导和参考。
On the base of analysis tradition solid BT (7:24) long holder, HSK, KM, Big-plus,Showa D-F-C etc new-style tooling system are introduced, structure status and process gripping of each kind's tool holder are emphasis point that high speed tooling systrem present mainly problem and speed tooling system development tendency and research foreground, characteristic and application analysised and compared. It settle method, indicates high providing theory guide and reference for enterprise which utility high-speed machining on select high speed tooling system.
