摘要
为了生成满足用户个性化需求的产品装配方案,提出了通过模块替换完成产品装配变型设计的方法。在产品模块化设计基础上,建立了模块化产品的装配信息模型。在变型设计中引入了参照标签(RT)的概念,用以描述替换模块的配合约束和在装配体中的空间位置。最后以并纱机为例开发了软件系统,能够根据用户的个性化需求快速生成可行的产品装配设计方案,生成数字化预装配效果图。
To satisfy customized requirements on assemble product, a new variant design methodology was proposed based on the interchange of modular. p roduc t A new assembly assembly information model was established to describe the product model based on product modular design. In the process of variant design, reference tags(RT) which captured the physical contacts and spacial position at product assembly were cited. Finally, a system was developed by an example of double-wire machine. The system was used to create a new assembly design and digital pre-assembly 3-D picture by mass product customization.
