摘要
生产过程是制造企业资源消耗和环境影响的关键环节。基于绿色制造的哲理,探讨了制造企业生产过程决策指标体系构建的原则,建立了综合考虑生产率、质量、成本三个经济效益目标和环境影响、职业健康与安全危害两个社会目标以及资源消耗这一社会经济目标的决策指标体系框架,阐述了其相互关系,并对环境影响和资源消耗这两个指标进行了具体分析。最后通过案例,对绿色制造企业生产过程决策指标体系构建原则及其框架进行了应用。
Production process is a main phase inducing resource consumption and environmental pollution in manufacturing enterprise. According to the philosophy of green manufacturing, the establishment principles af evaluation index are discussed, and the framework of evaluation index system is presented, which considering three economic efficiency goals （productivity, quality, cost ）, two social goals （environmental effect, professional health and safety harms） and a socioeconomic goal of the resources consumption, especially, the two indexes af environmental impact and resource consumption are explicated. At the end of the application of evaluation index system is discussed in detail by a case.
