基于粗糙集的复方右归丸优化与验证

Optimization and Confirmation of Prescription You Gui Wan Based on Rough Set

目的:探讨粗糙集理论在中医方证研究中的作用,为更好的研究中药大复方提供新的方法。方法:复制肾阳虚大鼠模型,同时用右归丸不同配比药液干预,分别观察早期、中期和晚期肾阳虚大鼠甲状腺和性腺轴功能指标,应用粗糙集理论建立起药物与证候指标之间的数学模型,分析复方右归丸中各药物的重要性,对药方进行优化并给予验证。结果:肾阳虚大鼠服用基于粗糙集法的优化药方后,各项指标都比原方达到了更理想的预期值,粗糙集模型预测误差基本保持在10%左右,说明该预测模型对于中药复方的优化是可行的。结论:粗糙集可用于复方配伍研究。

Objective： To explore a new method for studying the complex prescription of the traditional Chinese medicine by observing the role of Rough set. Methods ： Duplicating the rat model of kidney - yang deficiency syndrome, treated with different allocated proportion solution of You Gui Wan Simultaneously. Respectively studied the early, medium and late functional indicators of thyroid and gonadal axises in the rat model of kidney - yang deficiency syndrome. The set theory was used to establish mathematical model between prescription and syndrome indices ,and to analyze the importance of each component in the prescription You Gui Wan ,for optimizing the prescription and verifying it. Results： Compare with the You Gui Wan, indices were better after the kidney - yang deficiency rats given by the optimal You Gui Wan,it is proved to be that is feasible to use the prediction model. Conclusions： Rough set can be used in compatibility of prescription in TCM.
