益脾汤治疗小儿锌缺乏性迁延性肠炎临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察益脾汤治疗小儿锌缺乏性迁延性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例锌缺乏性迁延性肠炎之患儿随机分两组各50例。治疗组口服益脾汤(太子参、黄芪、白术、芡实、五味子、藿香、砂仁、公丁香、青皮、鸡内金、鸡矢藤);对照组口服葡萄糖酸锌及思密达。主要观察腹泻症状的改善和血清锌水平的提高情况。结果:总有效率,临床痊愈率治疗组分别92%、78%,对照组分别为76%、52%,两组分别比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗前后,两组血清锌皆明显提高(P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组与对照组血清锌值接近(P>0.05)。结果:益脾汤补锌效果不亚于葡萄糖酸锌,但改善迁延性肠炎腹泻症状的效果优于葡萄糖酸锌。
