中西医结合治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of TCM and WM combined on diabetic gastroparasis

目的:观察自拟启胃汤结合西药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫临床疗效。方法:将72例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各36例。治疗组予舒丽启能,对照组在西药治疗的基础上予自拟中药启胃汤加减治疗,治疗2周。结果:两组治疗后各症状积分和治疗后总积分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组总有效率(94.44%)明显优于对照组(83.33%)(P<0.05)。提示:启胃汤结合西药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效优于单纯西药。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Self- draw Qiwei Decoction and Western medicine combined on diabetic gastroparasis. Methods ： 72 cases of patients with diabetic gastroparasis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each group had 36 eases of patients. The control group was given Shuli Qineng, and the treatment group was given Self - draw Qiwei Decoction on the basis of Shuli Qineng. The courses were both two weeks. Results ： To compare with itself the two groups＇each sign integration and total integration after each treatment were markedly lower than that before each treatment （ P 〈 O. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）. And the total effective rate of the treatment group was distinct better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of Qiwei Decoction and Western medicine combined treating diabetic gastroparasis was better than that of Western medicine only.
