电针三联疗法治疗踝关节扭伤临床研究

Clinical study of the therapy of electrical acupuncture united three ways treatment on the ankle joint wrenched

目的:观察电针三联疗法(即电针加特定电磁波治疗仪照射配合中药外敷)治疗踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法:180例患者随机分为治疗组(电针三联疗法组)和对照组1(电针加特定电磁波治疗仪照射组)、对照组2(中药外敷组)3组进行治疗,1个疗程后,通过VAS评分表、PPI评分表及PRI评分表对治疗效果进行评价及比较。结果:治疗组有效率100%,治愈率85%;对照组1有效率85%,治愈率70%;对照组2有效率80%,治愈率60%。治疗组有效率与对照组1及对照组2比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗组治愈率与对照组1比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),与对照组2比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:电针三联疗法是治疗踝关节扭伤的良好疗法。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of the therapy of electrical acupuncture united three ways treatment （ It means the electrical acupuncture therapy and the special electromagnetic therapeutic apperatus cooperative with chinese medicine compression）on the ankle joint wrenched. Methods： 180 patients suffered from ankle joint wrenched were randomly divided into three groups, the treatment group （electrical acupuncture united three ways treatment group） , the control groupl （electrical acupuncture therapy and the special electromagnetic therapeutic apperatus group） and the control group2 （ Chinese medicine compression group）. After one period of the treatments, all the therapeutic effects were assessed by three assessment tables： VAS,PPI and PRI. Results： The effective rate and the cured and markedly effective rate were 100% and 85% in the treatment group, 85% and 70% in the control groupl, and 80% and 60% in the control group2. There were very significant differences （P 〈 0.01 ） for the effective rate between the treatment group and the two control groups. And there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ） for the cured and markedly effective between the treatment group and control groupl while very significant differences （ P 〈 0.01 ） between the treatment group and control group2. Conclusion ： The therapy of electrical acupuncture united three ways treatment is a good method for treating the ankle joint wrenched.
