穴位磁贴治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的疗效观察

Clinical curative observation on magnetic point application in treating temporomandibular disorders

目的:探讨和评价曼吉磁贴穴位敷贴法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床疗效。方法:将160例颞下颌关节紊乱病患者随机分为两组,治疗组:曼吉磁贴敷贴下关、颊车、听宫、翳风及阿是穴,对照组:消炎痛片口服。两组连续治疗8天,观察治疗前后两组患者的颞下颌关节区疼痛值、开口度的变化。结果:治疗后第4、8天观察治疗组疼痛值、开口度的变化,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:曼吉磁贴敷贴法可明显提高颞下颌关节紊乱病尤其是咀嚼肌紊乱型的显效率,是目前保守治疗该病较好的方法之一。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of the magnetic point application on temporomandibular disorders （TMD）. Methods： 160 cases with TMD were randomly divided into two groups：groups treatment group were treated with magnetic point application, contral group were treated with indomethacin. Clinical data including degree of pain（VAS） and width of mouth opening before and after treatment were collected and analyzed, Results ： In treatment group, degree of pain and width of mouth opening at the fourth day and the eighth day were significantly improved. There were significant differences between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： It suggested that therapy of magnetic point applications is one of the better way to treat the pain of TMD especial in masticatory muscle disorders.
