摘要
目前,我国注水开发油田综合含水量不断升高,聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)类堵水调剖剂用量逐渐增大或效果变差,研究得也较多。但天然高分子改性淀粉聚合物凝胶类调剖剂研究得相对较少。为了开发价廉、性能优越的调剖堵水剂,本文从性能和结构设计出发,将本身具有链刚性环状结构的玉米淀粉与丙稀酰胺(AM)、丙稀酸(AA)接枝共聚,制得天然高分子改性淀粉调剖主剂,再将其与酚醛树脂交联形成改性淀粉聚合物凝胶类调剖剂。
Today in our country the synthetic water content of waterflood oil fields unceasingly elevates, the amount of polyacrylamide(HPAM) gel systems to be used become more and more but the effect is not good. Meanwhile the natural modified starch polymer gel systems is little studied and used in modern society. In order to develop new and cheep profile controlling agent, this paper starting with performance and structure design,synthtises the graft copolymerization of acrylamide(AM) and acrylic acid (AA) onto stach,then the graft copolymerization cross links phenol formaldehyde resin. Finally the modified starch polymer gel profile controlling agent is formed.
