摘要 本文通过Langmuir探针对等离子体参数特性的研究,作者设计了一种便携式的高速探针数据采集与处理系统。该系统结构紧凑,集成了扫描电源和数据采集电路,通过USB2.0接口上传至PC。配合PC端的应用程序,可以完成在线数据采集与离线分析的功能。与传统的静电探针采集电路相比,本系统采集速度高,传输迅速,安装携带方便,可以适应不同环境等离子体实验的要求。 In this article, a portable high-speed DAQ system for langmuir probe is designed according to the research of plasma parameters. The system is of compact structure, which integrates scan power and data acquisition circuits. The data are transferred to PC through USB2. 0 port. With the help of application programs running in PC, data can be collected online and processed offline. Compared with tradition allangmuir probe DAQ circuits, there are many other advantages of the system, such as high-speed data collection and processing, faster transferring, convenient bearing and installation. It can also satisfy the plasma experimental needs in various circumstances.
