摘要
在地铁车站的设计中对设置于路侧的车站一般要求配置兼具过街功能的出入口。在上海轨道交通6号线浦电路站、龙阳路站的设计中,采用大截面矩形顶管法方案,对工作井的设置、管节的拟定、管节接缝的防水、工作井与管节接头的防水等内容予以介绍,同时对在施工中发现的一些技术细节问题进行经验总结。
The passageway in the subway station located along the street is generally required to design with crossing-street function. As such passageway of the subway station crosses the major street, there are those problems such as the heavy traffic flow in the pavement and dense public pipelines layout underneath the road. So it is difficult and expensive to ensure the transportation fluent and remove the pipelines if open-cut method is used. In the design of the Pudian and Longyang subway station in Shanghai Rail Transit Line 6, the scheme of rectangle pipe jacking is adopted in the crossing-street passageway, obtaining comparatively satisfactory effects. This paper introduces the key points in the large-section pipe jacking scheme adopted in crossing-street passageway of the two subway stations (including work well installation, pipe joints draft, pipe joint waterproofing, the waterproofing between work well and pipe joint), as well as concludes some technology experiences in detail occurred in the construction. This is expected to help promote the design and construction in similar projects and perfect the technology of cross-section rectangle pipe jacking in the crossing-street passageway with broader coverage.
