The Idea of Back Sequence Construction to Strengthening Soft Foundation

软基处理的施工方法、工艺、工程进度、工程基本要求(承载力、工后沉降等)与经济效益间,存在有密切的联系。从分析堆载和真空预压等排水固结施工法的机理与优缺点入手,提出了逆时序施工法,以求能在满足施工工期与工后沉降等基本要求的前提下最大限度地提高经济效益。

In the process of strengthening soft foundation, the economic value is closely related with the construction way, technics, the schedule and the essential requests. By analyzing benefit and shortcoming of the mechanism of draining consolidation way under vacuum preloading and surcharge, back sequence construction is proposed and the idea can ultimately advance economic value after meeting the essential sedimentation of the construction and the finished construction.
