Overall Informatization Construction Framework for City Communities

通过对社区信息化的现状分析采用对当前应用的归纳和国外先进模式比较的方法,构造了社区信息化框架:主要分为三大主要功能,社区自身管理信息模块、社区服务信息模块和社区政务信息模块。各个社区的政务信息模块和当地政府的电子政务系统相连接。各个社区的服务信息模块能够相互连接,共享各个社区的优势资源,同时又能够整合市场和社会资源。为城市社区信息化更好发展和有效整合提供了思路。

Community informatization framework is set up through the analysis of current status of community informatization, the summary of current applications, and the comparison of advanced foreign patterns. The framework consists of three major functions： community management information module, community service information module and community e-government information module. E-government module for each community is networked with eovernment module of local government. All community modules are connected with the advantage of sharing all communities＂ resources and integrating market and social resources. The paper presents a way of thinking for better development and effective integra tion of city community informatization.
