PLK1在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及临床意义

Expression of PLK1 in Thyroid Papillary Carcinoma and Clinical Significance

目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌中PLK1（polo-likekinase1）的表达及临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测54例甲状腺乳头状癌及18例甲状腺腺瘤中的PLK1表达。结果甲状腺乳头状癌PLK1表达阳性率57．4％（31／54）显著高于甲状腺腺瘤5,6％（1／18）（P〈0.01）；甲状腺乳头状微灶癌（直径≤10mm）PLK1表达阳性率68．9％（31／54）显著高于癌灶直径〉10mm者（44.0％）（P〈0.05）；PLKI表达与淋巴结转移无关（P〉0．05）。结论PLK1在早期甲状腺乳头状癌的发生、发展中起重要作用，PLK1的检测有望成为甲状腺乳头状癌早期诊断指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of PLK1 in thyroid papillary carcinoma and it＇s clinical significance. Methods The expression of PLK1 in thyroid papillary carcinoma（54 cases） and thyroid adenoma（18 cases） were detected by EnVision immunohistochemical technique.Results The expression in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues（57.4%） is significantly higher than that in adenoma tissues（5.6%）（P〈0.01）; The expression in thyroid papillary microcarcinoma（≤ 10mm） tissues（68.9%） is significantly higher than that in larger thyroid papillary carcinoma（〉 10mm） tissues（44.0%）（P〈0.05）;The expression of PLK1 in thyroid papillary carcinoma was not related to lymph node metastasis （P〉0.05）. Conclusion PLK1 play a constitutive role in the carcinogenesis and progression in papillary carcinoma especially in the early phase,PLK1 expression could be a useful predictor for the early diagnosis of the papillary carcinoma.
