摘要
压电式共轨系统可以同时带来良好的节能和环保效应,被认为是柴油机燃油系统的发展方向,而压电晶体喷油器是压电式共轨系统的核心部分,也是设计和制造的难点部分。本文论述了压电晶体的工作原理,介绍了本单位自主研制成功的压电晶体喷油器的研究成果。试验结果显示,所研制的压电晶体喷油器控制精度高,工作稳定,可以满足多次喷射和200MPa高压要求。
The piezo high pressure common rail injection system is considered as one of the substitute for current injection system due to its potential for improving emission and economic performance of diesel engine. The piezo crystal injector is the most important component in piezo high pressure common rail injection system, and its design and manufacte is also considered as the most difficulty of the system. In this paper, the structure and principle of piezo crystal has been analyzed, and production of piezo crystal injector designed by the author' s team was introduced. The test results showed that the injector could work stably and the driver could control the injector accurately. The injector could safisty the need of 5 times injection with 200MPa common rail pressures.
