摘要
对一种六缸车用柴油机的机体凸轮轴室结构进行了计算、分析和设计改进,在保持原有油池润滑结构和制造工艺的基础上,将凸轮轴的支承由4档增加到7档,从而显著提高了配气机构的总刚度,改善其动态特性,有助于减小配气机构的振动、冲击及零件磨损,并具备了提高充气性能的潜力。
Calculation, analysis and redesign in the Camshaft-chamber of the cylinder block are carried out for a six-cylinder vehicle diesel engine. While the original lubrication oil pool structure and manufacturing process are not changed, supporting numbers of camshaft are increased from 4 to 7, which increases the stiffness of the valve train significantly and improves its dynamic characteristics. This helps to reduce the valve train vibration, shock and wear, and then the engine gets the potential to improve the performance of air charge.
