摘要
针对4缸PWS型喷油泵凸轮轴出现的断裂破坏,进行了计算分析,发现如果喷油泵正确安装,凸轮轴的应力分布情况良好,即使泵端压力达到100MPa也不会出现凸轮轴疲劳断裂的情况;如果凸轮轴的安装近似悬臂梁情况,必然出现断裂,而凸轮轴实际发生断裂的部位恰恰是计算得出的应力最大的部位,理论计算结果与实际情况吻合。试验证明,文中建立的物理、数学模型符合实际情况,ANSYS软件用于凸轮轴的结构分析能够得到精确的数值解。
The calculation and analyses of the camshaft's rupture in 4 cylinder PWS pump are carried out. It is found that if the pump is correctly fixed, the stress distribution in the camshaft is all right and the fatigue rupture will not happed evenif the pressure in pump end is more than 100 MPa. If the camshaft is nearly fixed as a cantilever beam, the camshaft' s rupture will happen. On the other hand, the ruptured position is the same as the biggest calculated stress. The test results show that the physical and mathematical models established in the paper are correct, and ANSYS software are suitable for structure analyses of the camshaft.
