Study on the Personality Traits of Peer Counsellor and the Substantial Results of Psychological Counselling in Private College

目的探讨与朋辈心理辅导效果相关的因素,初步为朋辈心理辅导员的筛选奠定基础。方法招募50名自愿朋辈心理辅导员,将100名研究对象随机分成两组,形成一对一的关系。通过多元回归分析,研究朋辈心理辅导员人格特质与辅导实效的相关性。结果朋辈心理辅导员的乐群性、稳定性、有恒性、敏感性、自律性与来访者的抑郁、焦虑、人际关系敏感、强迫症状和敌对负相关;而世故性则反之。结论朋辈心理辅导员的性格与咨询效果有关;初步为朋辈辅导员的筛选奠定了基础。

Objective By discussing the correlative factors of the result of Peer Counselling, in order to establish the foundation for the selection of Peer Counsellors. Methods To recruit 50 volunteer Peer Counsellors and 100 students, dividing them into two groups in the form of one-to-one relationship. Studying the personality traits of Peer Counsellors and the substantial results of psychological counselling by multi-regression analysis. Results The companionability, stability, constancy, sensitivity, self-discipline of Peer Counsellor is negatively relevant to the dumps, anxiety, human relationship sensitivity, obsessive compulsive disorder, and hostility of the client, and the deliberation is positively relevant. Conclusion The character of the Peer Counsellor is relevant to the counselling effect, thus primarily establish the foundation for the selection of Peer Counsellors.
