大学生网络行为与心理健康的关系

Research on the Relationship of Internet Behavior and Mental Health in College

目的探讨大学生网络行为与心理健康的关系。方法使用青少年网络行为问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对123名大学生被试进行调查。结果大学生网络行为有显著的性别差异;大学生的网络娱乐、性与赌博、对网络的消极评价、上网焦虑、网络满意感与SCL-90的因子有显著相关。结论大学生网络行为与心理健康水平有显著相关。

Objective To study the relationship of internet behavior and mental health in the college. Methods 123 college students were assessed with Internet Behavior Questionnaire, SCL-90. Results There was significant gender difference in internet behaviour of the college students. There were significant correlation between internet behaviour and factors of SCL-90, such as network entertainment, sex and gambling, network passive evaluation, anxiety about on-line and satisfaction with network. Conclusion There were significant correlation with internet behavior and mental health of the college.
