家庭环境和父母教养方式对焦虑症患者发病的影响研究

A Study on the Family Environment and Parental Rearing Pattern on Patients with Anxiety

目的探讨家庭环境和父母教养方式对焦虑症患者发病的影响。方法采用家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)和父母教养方式评价量表(EMBU),对30例焦虑症患者和30名健康人进行比较。结果焦虑症患者家庭的亲密度和情感表达分低于对照组(P<0.01),而矛盾性评分高于对照组(P<0.05);在父母教养方式方面,患者母亲在过分干涉和保护、拒绝与否认2个因子评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论不良的家庭环境和父母教养方式对焦虑症患者的发病有显著影响。

Objective To study the influence of family environment and parental rearing pattern on patients with anxious syndrome. Methods 30 patients with anxious syndrome and 30 healthy people were assessed by FES-CV and EMBU. Results The score of ＂ Intimacy and Express feeling＂ are more lower in anxious syndrome group （P〈 0. 01）, but their score of ＂ Contradict＂ in FES-CV and ＂Over-interference, Over-protection, High-refuse and deny in mother＂ in EMBU are higher（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Family environment and parental rearing pattern has a significant influence on anxious syndrome.
