Chemical constituents from Lithospermum zollingeri

目的研究梓木草的化学成份。方法用多种色谱方法分离梓木草的化学成份,与标准品对照鉴定。结果从梓木草中分离得到5个化合物,尿囊素(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、尿素(3)、尿嘧啶(4)、葡萄糖(5)。结论化合物1、3、4均首次从该种植物分离得到。

Objective To determine the chemical constituents of Lithosperrnurn zollingeri. Methods Many kinds of column chromatographies were used to isolate the compounds from the EtOH ext. of Lithosperrnurn zollingeri DC. The chemical constituents of the plant were identified by MS, ^1 H-NMR, ^13 C-NMR , and in some cases direct comparison with authentic samples. Results Five compounds were isolated from the EtOH ext. of Lithosperrnurn zollingeri. Their structures were identified as allantoin, daucosterol, urea, uracil, and glucose respectively, based on their spectroscopic data. Conclusion Compounds 1, 3, and 4 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
