间接ELISA方法检测血清2型鸭疫里默氏杆菌的研究

Detection of Serotype 2 Riemerella Anatipestifer Antibodies by Indirect Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay

应用超声波裂解法制备的血清2型鸭疫里默氏杆菌裂解物作为抗原包被酶标板,以辣根过氧化物酶标记的羊抗鸭IgG抗体为第二抗体,以TMB为显色剂,成功地建立了检测鸭血清2型鸭疫里默氏杆菌抗体的间接EL1SA方法。特异性试验和重复性试验证明此方法的特异性高、重复性好。

A indirect enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was developed for detection of serotype 2 Riemerlla Anatipestifer （RA） antibodies in ducks.The RA Serotype 2 treated with ultrasonic cracking was used as coated antigen,horseradish peroxidase- labeled goat-antl-duck IgG was taken as the second antibody, Tetramethyl Benzidine dihydrochloride （TMB） was used as coloring agent in this test. The indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was developed for the detection of antibody against RA Serotype 2. This method was proved to be very specific,sensitive and repetitive.
