摘要
以花生粕为原料,经酶水解制备复合氨基酸水解液,采用石灰水、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、二氧化氯、次氯酸钠、亚硫酸钠和氨水脱除花生粕酶水解液中的黄曲霉素B1,利用酶联免疫吸附法检测脱毒效果,结果表明:6种化学物质均有一定的脱除黄曲霉毒素的效果,采用石灰水处理花生粕酶水解液8h脱毒效果最好,脱毒率为95.76%,因此,石灰水是本实验中脱除黄曲霉毒素B1的最佳脱毒剂。
Peanut meal was hydrolyzed with acid protease and papain, and the removal effects of fimewater, polyvinyrrolidone, chlorine dioxide, sodium hypochlorite, sodium sulfite and anunonia water on aflatoxin B1 in the hydrolysate were investigated by enzyme-linked irnmunosorbent assay method respectively. The results showed that the six chemicals all have certain removal effects on aflatoxin B1. The treatment of 1% limewater for 8 h has the best detoxication effect, with detoxication rate 95.76%. Therefore, limewater is the best detoxifier of aflatoxin B1 in peanut meal among the six chemicals.
