摘要
本文就机械通风作业中的温差、单位通风量以及通风时机的把握对通风效果的影响进行了分析和讨论。结果表明:通风时间和温差呈双曲线规律变化,温差小于8℃后通风时间增加显著;风机轴功率和通风总能耗随单位通风量的变化分别按k2.3和k1.3的指数规律变化;合理选择通风时机可以明显提高通风效果。
This study aimed to analyze the effects on aeration by the difference in temperature between grain and air, airflow rate and opportunity of operation.The results showed that the change of aeration time is relative to the difference in temperature in a pattern of hyperbolic curve. When the difference in temperature is smaller than 8℃, the aeration time increases rapidly; The axle power and the total energy consumption change in a form of positive exponent curve in which the exponents are k2.3 and k1.3 respectively when the difference in temperature altesr; The rational selection for opportunity of operation can remarkably raise the effect of aeration.
