摘要
酚类化合物是蜂花粉中具有独特生物活性的物质之一。本文综述了蜂花粉中酚类物质的提取、分离、纯化和结构鉴定方法和生物活性,对蜂产品开发提出了展望。
Phenolic compound is one of the unique biological active materials in bee pollen. This paper summarized systematically its preparation, separation, purification and identification methods. It also discussed the bioactivity of polyphenolic compound in the pollen, including antioxidation and immunity. Some suggestions on the future exploration of bee products were proposed in the paper.
