摘要
本文针对乳酸菌胞外多糖(exopolysaccharide,EPS)的分离纯化方法进行分析与研究,探讨了目前在乳酸菌EPS分离、纯化研究中常用手段的优缺点,旨在寻找较优方法,以达到进行化学结构鉴定与功能试验的纯度要求,为单独研究EPS的分子结构、生理功能与分子作用机制奠定基础。
In this paper, the methods of separation and purification of LactobaciUus exopolysaccharides were analyzed and researched. The merit and demerit of these methods were investigated to prepare high purity product for the identification of chemical structure and functions test. Only with pure product, the further research of molecular structure, physiological functions and molecular mechanism can be achieved.
