对“经济过热”的理性思考

自2003年以来,我国经济一直保持在10%以上的增长速度。对此,许多人认为,中国经济增长过快,已处于过热的状态。本文从三大角度:即从经济过热含义的角度、从经济过热表现的角度、以及从世界经济发展史的角度,来阐述我国经济,并得出中国经济并非处于过热状况的结论。此外,笔者简要分析我国经济现状,并给出了相关的政策建议,并认为对于误判经济过热可能会使我国失去发展经济的大好时机。

Since 2003, China＇s economy has been maintained at over 10 per cent growth rate. In response, many people believe that China＇s economy is growing too fast, and is already in a state of overheating. This paper will elaborate on China＇s economy from three perspectives： the meaning of economic overheating, the performance of the economy overheating as well as the history of world economic development. Our conclusion is that China＇s economy isn＇t in overheating situation. In addition, the author gives a brief analysis of China＇s economic situation, and gives the relevant policy recommendations. Also the author argues that the misjudgment of China＇s overheated economy may make our country lose the opportunity to develop the economy.
