中外合作高校基建项目管理初探

随着我国对外开放的不断深入,拥有独立校区的中外合作高校必将不断出现。中外合作高校基建项目管理因合作双方诸多方面的差异和项目本身的独特性,使项目的成功实施具有较大的挑战和难度。文章借鉴国内外先进做法,结合我国国情和项目实际,探索中外合作高校基建项目管理的新模式。

With the constant deepening opening to the outside world of our country,the cooperative university with district of independent school will appear constantly. Because of the difference of the two parties on the cooperative university＇s construction project management and itself uniqueness, it have greater challenge and difficulty as the project having been actualized sucessfully. The article draws lessons from the domestic and international advanced method, combine the national conditions of our country and project reality, explore the new mode of the cooperative university＇s construction project management.
